Mystery Surrounds Deaths of Two Uttar Pradesh Constables

Lucknow: In a puzzling turn of events, the bodies of two constables, one male and one female, were discovered in a rented accommodation within Prayagraj district, Uttar Pradesh. The grim discovery unfolded on Tuesday evening in the Shahganj area, casting a shadow of mystery over the circumstances of their demise.

The male constable, identified as Rajesh, 32, hailing from Mathura, was found suspended from the ceiling, while the female constable lay motionless on a bed. The identities of the deceased woman, approximately 30 years old and from Kanpur, and her connection to Rajesh have added layers of intrigue to the unfolding investigation.

Authorities have swiftly initiated a post-mortem examination on both bodies in an effort to shed light on the events leading to their tragic end. Initial inquiries indicate Rajesh’s absence from duty at the ACP Kotwali office on Tuesday, prompting concerns and prompting authorities to investigate further.

Despite attempts to make contact, no response came from within the woman constable’s residence, prompting police intervention. Upon entry, the somber scene awaited them, deepening the mystery surrounding the circumstances.
