Mithun Chakraborty’s Health Shows Improvement, Deemed ‘Quite Stable’

Kolkata: Veteran actor and BJP leader Mithun Chakraborty, 73, who was admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata on Saturday due to severe chest pain, is reported to be in improved health and considered “quite stable,” according to an official statement on Sunday.

The official from the medical facility stated that Chakraborty’s health has shown significant progress. He is currently recuperating well, fully conscious, and actively participating in his recovery process. Additionally, he has been consuming a soft diet and is well-oriented.

Further investigations are scheduled before his discharge from the hospital, signifying a positive trajectory in his recovery journey.
