Yogi Ministers and MLAs, BJP and Non-BJP, Converge at Ayodhya Ram Temple

Ayodhya: In a significant display of reverence, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, accompanied by his cabinet ministers, along with legislators from both BJP and non-BJP affiliations, made a pilgrimage to the revered Ayodhya Ram Temple nearly three weeks after the Pran Pratistha ceremony of Ram Lalla.

The visit witnessed a notable convergence of MLAs from various political backgrounds, including those from opposition parties like BSP, joining hands with the ‘Team Yogi’ to seek blessings at the sacred site. However, the Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party (SP) opted out, rejecting an invitation extended by Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana to partake in the delegation.

Adding to the sanctity of the occasion, Jansatta Dal (Loktantrik) President Raja Bhaiya accompanied cabinet ministers and BJP MLAs in paying homage to Ram Lalla.

As the convoy, comprising ministers and MLAs in 10 luxury buses, arrived at Ayodhya, they were warmly welcomed by devotees, who showered them with flower petals amidst resounding chants of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ by enthusiastic BJP supporters.

During the journey, ministers and MLAs fervently sang bhajans dedicated to Lord Ram, deeply engrossed in their devotional fervor.

Upon reaching the temple precincts, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, surrounded by a throng of legislators, elicited excitement among devotees, echoing the fervent cry of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ throughout the area.

Following the darshan of Lord Ram and the newly constructed Ram Mandir, all ministers and MLAs partook in receiving prasad, marking the conclusion of their spiritual journey.
