Alliance PU College marks Independence Day with patriotic fervour

Bengaluru, Aug 15: Alliance PU College celebrated the 79th Independence Day with grandeur, combining cultural performances with a strong message of patriotism. The event turned into a platform for students to showcase their talent while honouring the spirit of freedom.

The ceremony began with the hoisting of the national flag by Rotary Club Bangalore South End’s District Governor, Sridhar B.R. Patriotic songs, spirited dance performances and slogans by students kept the audience engaged. Winners of various quiz competitions were felicitated in the presence of the chief guest, college principal Dr. B.H.S. Thimmappa, and faculty members.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the rendition of the national anthem, leaving students and guests alike inspired and united in patriotic pride.
