PM Modi Explores Kaziranga National Park with Elephant and Jeep Safari

New Delhi: During his two-day visit to Assam, Prime Minister Narendra Modi indulged in a memorable experience on Saturday morning by embarking on an elephant and jeep safari in Kaziranga National Park.

Beginning his exploration at the Central Range of the park in Kohora, PM Modi commenced with an elephant safari in the picturesque Mihimukh area. Subsequently, he embarked on a thrilling jeep safari within the same range, marking his inaugural visit to this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Accompanying the Prime Minister on this wildlife adventure were the Director of Kaziranga National Park, Sonali Ghosh, along with other officials from the Forest Department.

PM Modi’s arrival at Kaziranga National Park on Friday evening was met with a warm and grand reception, setting the stage for his immersive experience in the renowned wildlife sanctuary.

Later in the day, the Prime Minister is scheduled to inaugurate several significant development projects in Assam, followed by engagements in Arunachal Pradesh.
