Gaza Conflict Claims Lives of Three Israeli Soldiers, Toll Reaches 167

Tel Aviv: In the ongoing conflict between the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Hamas terrorists in Gaza, three Israeli soldiers lost their lives, bringing the total casualty count to 167. The fallen soldiers were identified as Sgt. First Class (res.) Asaf Pinhas Tubul, Cpt. (res.) Neriya Zisk , and Major Dvir David Fima.

Sgt. Tubul was killed in southern Gaza during a fierce battle that also resulted in serious injuries to another officer and soldier from the 77th Battalion. Major Fima and Cpt. Zisk lost their lives while engaged in combat in central Gaza.

The conflict has been marked by intense fighting, with over 20,000 Palestinians, including women and children, reported dead since the October 7 Hamas attack on Southern Israel. Hamas is held responsible for the deaths of 1,200 people, injuries to more than 3,000, and the kidnapping of 240 individuals.
